特矮稻ED 基因的遗传定位和分析

摘 要:

赤霉素(GA3)鉴定表明, 一种新型特矮稻(命名为‘ 特矮稻-2’)的GA3 信号转导途径正常, 施加外源GA3 不能恢复到正常植株的高度, 说明此种矮稻的矮化机制与GA3 无关。来源于组合‘ 特矮稻-2’ב 日本晴’ 的F2 群体的遗传分析表明, ‘ 特矮稻-2’ 的特矮性状受1 对隐性基因控制。采用SSR分子标记, 将该矮秆基因定位于第12 染色体上的RM519和RM235标记之间, 遗传距离分别为15.9 和22.0 cM, 该基因暂命名为ED。

Abstract:

We investigated gibberellin (GA3) signaling in a novel dwarfing rice (Oryza sativa) ‘Teaidao-2’, the results showed that exogenous GA3 could not rescue the dwarfing phenotype of ‘Teaidao-2’. So GA3 was not involved in the dwarfing phenotype. The dwarfing gene was referred to as ED, a F2 population derived from cross between ‘Teaidao-2’ and ‘Nipponbare’ was constructed for mapping of the ED locus. The dwarfing phenotype of ‘Teaidao-2’ was regulated by a single recessive gene. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) marker analyses revealed that ED was located between RM519 and RM235 with the genetic distance of 15.9 and 22.0 cM on chromosome 12.
